Goyal has shared his experience of becoming a delivery boy by posting a video. Goyal writes, 'During my second order, I realized that we need to work together with malls to improve the working conditions for all delivery partners. Malls should also be more humane towards delivery partners.'
Entry was not allowed through the main entrance of the mall.
In the video, Goyal is seen going to the entry gate of the mall in the red uniform of a Zomato delivery boy. In this video, he said that while picking up the order at Ambience Mall in Gurugram, he was asked to use the stairs. He was not allowed to enter the mall through the main entrance. Further in the video, he reaches the restaurant on the third floor by taking the stairs. He is seen sitting on the floor and talking with the other delivery boys.
