Section 109 is attempt to murder, Section 115 is pushing with the intent to cause injury, Section 117 is intentionally causing serious injury to a person, Section 125 is endangering safety, Section 131 is pushing and intimidating or threatening and Section 351 is threatening. Delhi Police can now investigate and take further action in this case. If the charges are proved under Section 109, then the guilty person can be jailed for up to 10 years and fined. Along with this, if that person gets hurt in the attack, then the guilty person can be punished with both life imprisonment and fine.

Overall, the controversy that started in Parliament regarding Ambedkar has reached the police station.
