New Delhi: Singer Wajid Khan had an amazing spirit to stare death in the face. Even though he is not amongst us today, he is still remembered by everyone for his songs and spirit. People remember him not only for his voice and music but also for his relationship with Salman Khan. Wajid Khan was true to his name, an expert in creating something new and unique. The Sajid-Wajid duo was considered to be a great hit.

Wajid Khan started with Salman Khan's film and composed one melodious song after another. His first film was 'Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya'. He composed only one song, but that too was amazing. The name of the song is- 'Teri Jawani Badi Mast Mast Hai'. Wajid was born on 7 October 1977 in a talented family. His father was the famous tabla player Sharafat Ali Khan. His maternal grandfather was also Padma Shri awardee Ustad Faiyaz Ahmed Khan. Music was in his blood.

Wajid Khan was very fond of playing the guitar.
In 1998, he composed music for a film for the first time, then composed music for a non-film album. He was very fond of playing the guitar. Brother Sajid often says that Wajid was an introvert, but he had the talent to put his point across beautifully and he misses that style. One incident is often mentioned. It is said that once as a guitarist he was standing under the direction of a big musician. His partner played the wrong tune. When the music composer asked, he blamed young Wajid. Wajid did not say anything, but was very disappointed. When he came out, he saw tears in the eyes of his father Sharafat as well. He said to his brother - is a musician a great person? Sajid-Wajid was very close to Salman Khan
. They composed their first song for him and before leaving, Wajid composed the last song 'Bhai Bhai Bhai' for Salman Bhai. They gave music in many films like 'Garv', 'Tere Naam', 'Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge', 'Partner' and also in 'Dabangg', 'Dabangg 2' and 'Dabangg 3'. Apart from this, Wajid lent his voice to Salman in 'Mera Hi Jalwa', 'Fevicol Se', and Akshay Kumar's song 'Chinta Ta Chita Chita'.

Wajid had married the girl of his choice. It is said that the wall of religion came in the way later and both got separated. Both have two children from this marriage. Wajid died on 1 June 2020 due to cardiac arrest
. A month before this, Bhabhi Lubna had donated a kidney. Wajid was moving forward while battling the disease, but then he lost to death and this 'Dabangg' departed from the world.
