SSC MTS Exam 2024 Date: When and how will the exam be held

According to the notification issued by the commission, SSC MTS Paper 1 will be conducted in October/November 2024. However, the exact date of the examination has not been announced yet. There will be two sessions under this exam. The first session will have 40 questions of total 120 marks for Numerical and Mathematical Ability and Reasoning Ability and Problem-Solving. At the same time, session 2 will have 50 questions of 150 marks from General Awareness and English Language and Comprehension. 45 minutes will be given to solve each session.

SSC MTS Exam 2024 Pattern: Exam will be conducted in 13 languages

SSC MTS and Havildar recruitment exams will be conducted in online mode, which will have an objective type and multiple choice questions. There will be no negative marking in session 1 but in session 2, 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. A total of 9583 vacant posts will be recruited through this process. In which, 6144 posts of Multi Tasking Staff and 3439 vacant posts of Havildar will be recruited.
