How to Fill the SSC CGL 2024 Preference Form
Follow these steps to submit your preferences:
Visit the official SSC website – ssc.gov.in.
Click on "Candidate Login" and enter your credentials.
Go to "My Application" and find the Option-cum-Preference Form link.
Select your preferred posts and departments from the available options.
Review your selections carefully before clicking Submit.
Note: Once submitted, preferences cannot be changed, so choose wisely!
SSC CGL 2024 Final Vacancy Details
SSC has announced the final vacancies for this year’s recruitment campaign, with a total of 18,174 posts to be filled.
Key Vacancies:
Assistant/Assistant Section Officer (ASO in CSS), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions: 1,433 vacancies
Assistant/Assistant Section Officer in Intelligence Bureau (IB): 73 vacancies

CGL Tier-1 Exam (CBT Mode): Conducted successfully
Tier-1 Results Declared: December 5, 2024
CGL Tier-2 Exam Dates: January 18-20 & January 31, 2025
