He was born on 3 July 1984. His father Shrimata Prasad Ojha was a postmaster. It is said that Shrimata Prasad was so conscious about education that he sold his five acres of land to educate his wife and made her a lawyer by educating her.

Ojha Sir Education: Where did Ojha Sir study?
Ojha Sir studied in Gonda. In many interviews, Ojha Sir has said that he used to be very mischievous in his childhood. He was so mischievous that even the school principal used to get upset. The situation was such that his father would often receive complaints. Ojha Sir said in an interview that his father never beat him, but whenever a complaint reached his mother, he would definitely get beaten up. After 10th, Ojha Sir completed his studies at Fatima Inter College in Gonda and did his graduation from there.
