Siraj, born on March 13, 1994, in Hyderabad, will get a hefty salary from the police job. According to the Indian Express, the pay scale of DSP in Telangana Police ranges from Rs 58850 to Rs 137050. (Instagram)

After becoming DSP, Mohammad Siraj will get other facilities including house rent allowance, travel allowance, and medical allowance along with basic pay. This means that apart from cricket and advertisements, Siraj will now earn a lot from his job as a police officer. (Instagram)

Where will Mohammad Siraj be posted? Nothing has been said about this yet. At present, Siraj has been rested in the T20 series against Bangladesh. He will return in the home series against New Zealand. The Telangana Cabinet had also decided to give 600 square yards of land to Mohammad Siraj to build a house in Hyderabad. The state government has amended the Telangana (Regulation of Appointments in Public Services and Rationalization of Employee Pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994 to facilitate appointments. Mohammad Siraj made his Test debut in 2020 while he made his ODI debut in 2019. In 2017, he made his T20 International debut. Siraj has taken 78 wickets in 29 Test matches.
