Maharashtra CM News:  The picture of the Mahayuti government in Maharashtra is now becoming clear. Eknath Shinde or Devendra Fadnavis, who will be the new CM of Maharashtra? Now the answer to this question has been found. If sources are to be believed, Eknath Shinde has agreed on the name of Devendra Fadnavis for the post of CM. However, he has put some conditions, which will not be a big deal for the BJP to accept. If sources are to be believed, Devendra Fadnavis can be the CM in the Mahayuti government and Shrikant Shinde can be the Deputy CM from Shiv Sena.

If sources are to be believed, Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde has turned down BJP's offer to become deputy CM or minister at the centre. Instead, he has given his counter proposal to BJP. Eknath Shinde has told BJP to make Shrikant Shinde the deputy CM and make me the coordinator of Mahayuti and give some important portfolio to Shiv Sena.

What is Shinde's proposal?
According to sources, BJP had sent a proposal to Eknath Shinde to give the post of Deputy CM to his son Shrikant and himself become a minister at the center. However, Eknath Shinde, who has been the Chief Minister till now, does not accept becoming the Deputy CM. This is the reason why he has agreed to the post of Deputy CM for his son Shrikant, but has refused to go to Delhi himself. He has demanded to be made the convener of the Mahayuti. He also said that some important portfolios including the Home Department should be given to Shiv Sena.

Mahayuti had fought the elections without a face
. Mahayuti has won a landslide victory in Maharashtra. Now all eyes are on Mahayuti's choice for the post of Chief Minister. Bharatiya Janata Party, Shiv Sena and Ajit's group's NCP, all three parties had contested the elections without announcing any chief ministerial face and under the leadership of current CM Eknath Shinde. But now the tussle for the post of CM continues.

The government will be formed on the old formula.
Sources say that the formula of one CM and two deputy CMs will be repeated in the Mahayuti government. Devendra Fadnavis' name is almost confirmed from the BJP. BJP only wants to convince Eknath Shinde completely. After this, Devendra Fadnavis' name will be announced for the CM post of Maharashtra. Ajit Pawar's being the deputy CM again from the Ajit faction's NCP is also almost certain. In the Maharashtra elections, BJP alone won 132 seats. That is why it has an upper hand for the CM post.
