New Delhi: Tabu happens to be one of the most favorite actresses in Indian cinema. She has gained an international following ever since her role in Dune: Prophecy. The actress took to Instagram to share that she has a new project lined up- Bhoot Bangla, a horror comedy that she will be starring in alongside Akshay Kumar.

This will be Tabu’s working with the director Priyadarshan after a considerable time. Some of the other films the actor and director have worked on together include Virasat, Heri Pheri, Snegithiye and Raakilipattu. In addition to this, The Haunting Tabu will also work again with Akshay Kumar, a co-star in Bhool Bhulaiyaa series in the legendary comedy film Hera Pheri history’s great robbery. After her appearance in Golmaal Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Tabu has donned the horror comedy genre once again with this movie. Sharing on Instagram, Tabu posted a photo of a clapboard that read “Balaji Telefilms Ltd Presents Bhooth Bangla”.

Everything Surrounding Bhoot Bangla

The cast has commenced with the shooting of Bhoot Bangla and have high hopes set for it. With the release of Bhool bhulaiya, the audience is yearning to see Akshay Kumar return with the horror-comedy genre. Moreover, Akshay Kumar along with director Priyadarshan have begun production for their 2024 movie shraddha kapoor stree 2 which also appeared to have taken the Box Office by surge and is a collage of these diverse genres.
