Both got engaged in New York and are going to get married in January-February next year. 32-year-old Hasan announced the engagement on social media. According to media reports, Pooja is ready to convert to Islam for marriage.

Raza is standing in a romantic style holding the hand of his fiancée Pooja.

Raza Hasan wrote, 'I am happy to tell you that I am engaged. I asked my love to spend the rest of my life with me and she agreed! We are excited for our new journey.' After this, he posted the hashtags of Engaged and Our Journey Begins. According to Pakistan's website Cricket Pakistan, the name of Raza Hasan's future wife is Pooja Boman and she is from India.

According to the report, Raza Hasan and Pooja can get married in January-February next year. Raza Hasan told the media outlet that he is very happy to marry Pooja. He told that Pooja believes in Hinduism but she is very interested in Islam and she is ready to change her religion for her future husband. Raza Hasan has played one ODI and 10 T20 International matches for Pakistan. He has taken one wicket in ODI and 10 wickets in T20. Raza made his ODI debut in October 2014 which proved to be his first and last ODI.
