If the officials here are to be believed, this year many students have got very good packages from the company. It is being said that like every year, this year also the students of IIT-Bombay have received 258 pre-placement offers (PPOs).

More than 40 companies
participated on the first day of campus placement at Ithe ndian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, including many multinational and Indian companies. These include names of major trading firms like WorldQuant and IMC etc. Many companies doing campus placement conducted interviews in several stages and selected the students. Students said that this year many companies gave better packages than the previous placement season. Companies like Ola and Flipkart also participated in this campus placement and gave many offers to the students. This placement season will continue till December 15.
