Paris Olympics 2024: Manu Bhaker has performed brilliantly for India in the Paris Olympics 2024. She won the bronze medal in the 10m air pistol event. Apart from this, she also won the bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed event with Sarabjot Singh. She is the first Indian female player to win two medals in the same Olympics. No one had been able to do this before her. She has made the country proud by winning two medals. But she finished fourth in the 25m pistol event.

Jaspal Rana said this

Manu Bhaker's coach Jaspal Rana while talking to India TV said that the failure in the Tokyo Olympics ignited a spark in Manu's mind and the result we saw in the Paris Olympics is the result of that. Preparing a player for shooting is not easy. Challenges come but they also make you strong. Manu's pistol got damaged in the Tokyo Olympics. Due to this, she could not move ahead from the qualification round.

I take the help of Gita: Jaspal Rana

Jaspal Rana said that I am definitely a spiritual person. I believe that no matter how much effort you put into a person's sports, if he is not honest then the hard work will not translate into results and then it is of no use. Gita has all the answers. As a coach sometimes it becomes difficult to answer the children. That is why I take the help of Gita.

This is a historic achievement by Manu. I am happy that I am a part of it. The real challenge for Manu begins now. She has won an Olympic medal and now she has to continue her campaign to bring more medals to the country in the future. Since what happened here is now part of history, preparations for the Los Angeles Olympics begin now.
