According to Congress sources, the party can announce to provision of cooking gas cylinders worth Rs 500 in the state. Along with this, a promise can be made to recruit two lakh vacant government posts. Congress can promise to give a legal guarantee of MSP for farmers. Along with this, Congress is also preparing to promise to conduct a caste census as well as increase reservations for backward classes.

Discontent in BJP 
While Congress is confident of its electoral victory this time, discontent in the BJP is at its peak. Senior BJP leader Anil Vij said that if the party returns to power after the assembly elections to be held on October 5 in Haryana, he will stake claim for the post of Chief Minister. Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini reached the Satnali residence of former state minister Ram Bilas Sharma and took his blessings.
