Gold Price Today on 21st August 2024: The price of gold remained unchanged at Rs 74,150 per 10 grams in the local bullion market on Wednesday. The All India Sarafa Association has given this information. In the last trading session on Tuesday, gold closed at Rs 74,150 per 10 grams with a jump of Rs 1,400. However, the price of silver fell by Rs 150 to close at Rs 87,000 per kg. While its previous closing price was Rs 87,150 per kg. Meanwhile, gold of 99.5 percent purity in the national capital also remained unchanged at its previous closing price of Rs 73,800 per 10 grams.

The domestic futures price of gold was also seen trading flat on Wednesday. On the MCX exchange, gold for delivery on October 4, 2024, was seen trading at Rs 71,784 per 10 grams on Wednesday evening with a gain of 0.01 percent or Rs 7. At the same time, silver for delivery on September 5, 2024, was seen trading at Rs 84,873 per kg with a gain of 0.17 percent or Rs 143.

In the global market, Comex gold was trading down by $ 6.10 an ounce at $ 2,544.50 an ounce.
