New Delhi: YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia has landed in hot water after making a controversial remark on Samay Raina’s roast show, ‘India’s Got Latent’. While he received massive backlash, the controversy also sparked countless memes and jokes online.

During his stand-up act, Gaurav Kapoor joked about how Ranveer Allahbadia’s apology came too quickly, turning a minor issue into a major controversy.

Supreme Court Grants Partial Relief to Ranveer Allahbadia
While Allahbadia faces public criticism, the Supreme Court has provided him some legal relief:
No further FIRs can be filed against him regarding the controversy.
He can approach Maharashtra or Assam police for protection if he faces threats.
He won’t be arrested by Maharashtra or Assam cops, provided he cooperates with the investigation.
However, the court has also imposed restrictions:
Allahbadia must deposit his passport with Thane Police and cannot leave India without the Supreme Court’s approval.
He and his associates are barred from participating in stand-up comedy or roast shows until further notice.
