Yasmin Karachiwala shared a reel on her Instagram profile which showed that her hard work is the main reason for the way she looks, not luck. In the video, she showed how hard she works in the gym. In the reel, Yasmin can be seen doing various types of workouts. From running to pushups and Pilates. The trainer has answered all the questions in the reel that it is not luck, it is hard work and discipline that has made her achieve her target.


What to do to look young even at the age of 50
According to the National Institute on Aging, any woman above 50 should get a full body checkup done by a doctor before following her fitness routine so that if you have any disease, you can work out accordingly. Never work out without warming up. Do a 10-15 minute warm-up, in which you can do stretching, rotate your legs, and move the hips. Apart from this, keep yourself hydrated. Do meditation to release stress so that you can avoid wrinkles. When your body asks for rest, always give it rest.
