Tug of war in the grand alliance!
The grand alliance has returned with a thumping majority in the assembly elections. Even after seven days of the election results, the political atmosphere is heated as the name of the new Chief Minister has not been formally announced. However, it is being said that Devendra Fadnavis may be the next Chief Minister of Maharashtra. On the other hand, Eknath Shinde has openly said a few days ago that he will not become the Chief Minister. During his meeting with Home Minister Amit Shah, he has also reportedly submitted a list of his demands. It is being said that he will demand a ministerial post. However, at present, he is in his village and is suffering from high fever.

What did Shinde say?
After discussions with Amit Shah and JP Nadda, Eknath Shinde had said, 'The meeting was good and positive. This was the first meeting. We discussed with Amit Shah and JP Nadda.' He further said that there will be another meeting of the Mahayuti. In this meeting, a decision will be taken on who will be the Chief Minister. This meeting will be held in Mumbai. However, this meeting was later postponed and Eknath Shinde went to his village. Let us tell you that Eknath Shinde's role in the Mahayuti government goes far beyond the post of minister. During his tenure as Chief Minister, Shinde's leadership helped the BJP deal with difficult situations, including the split in Shiv Sena and the Maratha protests.
