UP Police Bharti  Update: 1 lakh new recruitments are going to happen soon in Uttar Pradesh Police. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced that 1 lakh youth will be given jobs in UP Police in the next two years. 20 per cent of these posts will be reserved for female candidates. The Chief Minister said that along with this, two lakh government jobs will be given in the next two years, out of which 60,244 posts are for constables.

Preparation for the Constable Recruitment Exam

The UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam will start on 23 August and will continue till 31 August. The exam will be conducted in two shifts on 30 August. 5 lakh candidates will appear for the exam in each shift. The UP Police Recruitment Board has released the admit cards for the exam. Candidates who have not downloaded the admit card yet can download it by visiting the official website of the recruitment board and entering the registration number.

Tight security during exam

The security arrangements for the police constable recruitment exam are tight. The exam is being conducted under the surveillance of CCTV and drones. A large number of police forces have been deployed around the exam centres. Checking is being done in two phases at the exam centre to avoid any kind of disturbance. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that if anyone cheats in the exam, he will be sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 crore will also be imposed.

Candidates who missed the exam

About 48 lakh candidates appeared in the Police Constable Recruitment Examination held recently, but the examination was cancelled due to pa aper leak. Now the examination is being conducted afresh. According to media reports, more than 1 lakh candidates have left the examination so far. Under the new security arrangements, transparency and security iarebeing ensured in the examination this time.
