A Bengaluru court has granted interim bail to Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania. The City Civil Court of Bengaluru granted bail to Atul Subhash's wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania on Saturday. Atul Subhash had held his wife Nikita, mother-in-law Nisha and brother-in-law Anurag responsible for the death. In his note, he had also made serious allegations against the judge of Jaunpur Family Court. After Atul Subhash's note and video went viral on social media, there was an uproar in the whole country. Reactions started coming from every section of the society. The police took action in this case and started investigation. Atul Subhash's in-laws had absconded after the incident to avoid arrest. The police increased the raid and arrested all three.

The High Court's vacation bench had directed the trial court to decide on Nikita Singhania's bail plea by January 4. In this, Nikita had made many serious allegations against Atul. This document is related to the Nikita vs Atul case. In this, Nikita had clarified Atul's allegations.
