21-year-old Aman became the youngest player to win an Olympic medal for India. He won the bronze medal in the 57 kg freestyle category and due to his efforts India won its sixth medal at the Paris Olympics. The Railways has expressed its gratitude to Aman by promoting him for bringing glory to the country.

Northern Railway Chief Public Relations Officer S Upadhyay has said in a press release that "In a meeting held at Northern Railway Headquarters, General Manager Shri Shobhan Chaudhary presented a letter of appreciation to the Olympian for winning the bronze medal in Paris Olympics 2024. On this occasion, Northern Railway Principal Chief Personnel Officer Shri Sujeet Kumar Mishra promoted Shri Aman Sehrawat for winning the Olympic medal and appointed him as OSD / Sports.

Aman Sehrawat carried forward the legacy of Chhatrasal Stadium by securing India's first wrestling medal at the Paris Olympics 2024. The 21-year-old wrestler from the famous Chhatrasal Stadium, who lost both his parents at the young age of 11, defeated Darian Toi Cruz 13-5 in the bronze play-off at the Champ de Mars Arena to give the country its sixth medal.
