New Delhi. The stock market witnessed a decline in the last trading week. During this period, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex fell by 156.61 points or 0.19 percent. Due to this decline in the market, 6 out of the top 10 companies in the stock market have suffered huge losses, but 4 companies managed to make money for their investors even in the diving market. Last week, investors of HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, and SBI collectively made a profit of Rs 81,151.31 crore.
According to news agency PTI, the market cap of HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, and SBI increased in the past week. On the other hand, the combined market value of 6 of the top 10 companies decreased by Rs 76,622.05 crore.

increased by Rs 28,495.14 crore During the week, the market cap of ICICI Bank rose by Rs 28,495.14 crore to Rs 8,90,191.38 crore. HDFC Bank's valuation increased by Rs 23,579.11 crore to Rs 12,82,848.30 crore. SBI's market valuation rose by Rs 17,804.61 crore to Rs 7,31,773.56 crore and Bharti Airtel's market valuation jumped by Rs 11,272.45 crore to Rs 9,71,707.61 crore.
Last week, investors in these companies suffered losses.
In contrast to this trend, the market cap of Infosys fell by Rs 23,314.31 crore to Rs 7,80,126.10 crore. The market cap of Hindustan Unilever fell by Rs 15,248.85 crore to Rs 6,38,066.75 crore and that of TCS fell by Rs 10,402.01 crore to Rs 14,91,321.40 crore. The valuation of LIC fell by Rs 8,760.12 crore to Rs 5,91,418.91 crore. The market cap of ITC fell by Rs 2,251.37 crore to Rs 6,08,682.29 crore.
Reliance Industries remained at the top position in the list of the top 10 most valuable companies. It was followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Infosys, SBI, Hindustan Unilever, ITC and LIC respectively .
