New Delhi. The stock market witnessed a decline in the last trading week. During this period, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex fell by 307.09 points or 0.37 percent. Due to this decline in the market, 7 out of the top 10 companies in the stock market have suffered huge losses, but 3 companies managed to make money for their investors despite the falling market. Last week, investors of Bharti Airtel, Infosys, and SBI collectively made a profit of Rs 36,277 crore.

According to news agency PTI, the market cap of 7 of the top 10 most valuable companies in the country fell by Rs 1,22,107.11 crore combined last week. Tata Consultancy Services suffered the biggest loss in this. The market valuation of the country's largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) fell by Rs 35,638.16 crore to Rs 15,01,723.41 crore.

Last week, investors of these companies incurred losses
. ITC's valuation fell by Rs 18,761.4 crore to Rs 6,10,933.66 crore while Hindustan Unilever Ltd.'s market cap fell by Rs 16,047.71 crore to Rs 6,53,315.60 crore. LIC's market cap fell by Rs 13,946.62 crore to Rs 6,00,179.03 crore and ICICI Bank's market cap fell by Rs 11,363.35 crore to Rs 8,61,696.24 crore. HDFC Bank's market cap fell by Rs 4,998.16 crore to Rs 12,59,269.19 crore.

Investors of Bharti Airtel, Infosys and SBI benefitted
. However, the market valuation of Bharti Airtel rose by Rs 26,330.84 crore to Rs 9,60,435.16 crore. The market cap of Infosys rose by Rs 6,913.33 crore to Rs 8,03,440.41 crore and the market cap of State Bank of India rose by Rs 3,034.36 crore to Rs 7,13,968.95 crore.

Reliance Industries remained at the first position in the list of
top 10 most valuable companies. It was followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Infosys, State Bank of India, Hindustan Unilever, ITC and LIC respectively.
