While talking to Local 18, Ayurvedic Dr. Ajal Patel said that Parijat flowers are helpful
in reducing pain, have anti-inflammatory properties, improve digestion, are rich in antioxidants as well as reducing stress.

Benefits of Parijat flower: 
Consuming Parijat flower provides relief from headache, joint pain, and muscle pain due to its analgesic properties. The natural enzymes of the flower help in improving the muscles and nervous system. The anti-inflammatory properties present in it provide relief from problems like arthritis, diabetes, and heart attack. Its flower also improves digestion. Many antioxidants including vitamins C and E are present in the Parijat flower.

Use of Parijat flower
