Maharashtra Scooters Limited is going to give an interim dividend of Rs 110 per share to its shareholders for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25). On Thursday (September 12), the price of the company's shares reached an intraday high of Rs 10,383.25, which is the 52-week high level of the stock.

At present, the face value of each share of the company is Rs 10. The company is giving a dividend of 1100 percent i.e. Rs 110 per share on the basis of a face value of Rs 10. The company has set the record date for interim dividend as September 25, 2024. By this date, shareholders whose names are in the records of the Register of Members of the Company or Depositories as beneficial owners of shares will be entitled to receive dividends. The company told the stock markets that the dividend payment would be credited on or around October 10.

Shares rose marginally by 0.50%
On September 12, the company's shares closed at Rs 10310.25 on the BSE with a marginal rise of 0.50%. The company's market cap is around Rs 11,800 crore.

Shares up 11 per cent in a month
The subsidiary of Bajaj Holdings and Investment Limited had announced a final dividend of Rs 60 per share for the financial year 2023-2024. By the end of June 2024, the promoters held a 51 percent stake in the company. The share price has risen 43 percent in the last 6 months. The stock has jumped about 11 percent in the last one month.
