Therefore, do not consume too much candy.

3. Carbonated drinks - Nowadays the new generation people have a habit of drinking soft drinks or soda drinks. Soft drinks or soda drinks are not good for your health as well as your teeth. So do not consume too many soft drinks. Research says that carbonated drinks cause as much damage to teeth as cocaine.

4. Cold things- If you want to take care of your teeth, then do not eat too cold things. 5. Sour things – Sour things are also not very good for teeth.
