Ayodhya Rape Case : Politics has started after the bulldozer action on the bakery of the SP leader accused of raping a girl in Ayodhya, UP. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has suggested a DNA test along with playing politics on the government in this matter, while BSP leader Mayawati has raised questions about the SP itself.

Action being taken against the accused in Ayodhya SP chief Akhilesh Yadav wrote on the social media platform X that the way for justice should be found by getting DNA tests done of those who have been accused in the case of misdeed, and not by doing politics by merely making allegations. Whoever is guilty should be given full punishment according to the law, but if the allegations are proven false after DNA, then the government officials involved should also not be spared. This is the demand for justice.

Mayawati hit back

On this, BSP chief Mayawati retaliated and wrote through social media that the strict action being taken by the UP government against the accused in the Ayodhya gangrape case is appropriate, but what should be understood by SP saying that the accused should undergo Da NA test? Whereas SP should also tell how many DNA tests have been conducted against such accused in their government. She further wrote that the incidents of Ayodhya and Lucknow etc. are very sad and worrying amidst the growing concerns about crime control and law and order in UP, especially women's safety and harassment e, etc. It would be better if the government took strict steps to prevent these by rising above cathe community politics.

Bulldozer ran on Moeed Khan's bakery
