New Delhi: Harman Baweja has called Amitabh Bachchan a 'true legend'. He is the distributor of the Hindi version of Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth starrer film 'Vettaiyaan'. He said that it is really an honor for me to get the opportunity to work with legends like Big B and superstar Rajinikanth. Harman Baweja says that Amitabh Bachchan has once again proved himself better with the Rajinikanth starrer film 'Vettaiyaan'.

The actor said that Amitabh Bachchan's films and his behavior have played a huge role in his life and shaped him as a person. In the film 'Vettaiyaan', Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth have worked together for 33 years since the 1991 film 'Hum'. The film is distributed by Baweja Studios and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah's Lyca Productions. 'Vettaiyaan' is now running in theaters worldwide.

Harman did not have a good start in Bollywood
. He has acted in films like 2008 film 'Love Story 2050', 2009's 'What's Your Rashi?' He has also worked in 'Vijay', 'Dhishkiyaoon' and 'It's My Life'. He distanced himself from Bollywood after consecutive flop films. He made a comeback in the year 2023 with the drama series 'Scoop' based on Jigna Vora's biography 'Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison'. According to the IANS report, this series is the true story of Jigna Vora, who was accused of killing a reporter. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the series also stars Karishma Tanna, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Tannishtha Chatterjee, and Deven Bhojani.

Vettaiyaan', the Tamil action drama film is written and directed by T.J. Gnanavel. In this, Rajinikanth plays the role of a senior police officer Athiyan, who accidentally shoots an innocent person during an encounter while investigating the murder of a teacher. This is the first step of 'Big B' in Tamil films. The film stars Fahadh Fasil, Rana Daggubati, Ravindra Jaggi, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Abhirami and Ramesh Thilak. It has been shot in many places including Thiruvananthapuram, Tirunelveli, Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
