Labh Pancham 2024: At the end of Diwali celebrations, many Indian communities celebrate an auspicious festival called Labh Pancham, also known as “Saubhagya Panchami” or “Gyan Pancham”. It marks the formal end of Diwali and brings an opportunity to welcome new beginnings, prosperity, and success. This day falls on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month in the Hindu calendar. The festival of Diwali begins with Dhanteras and the last day of this festival of lights is celebrated as Labh Panchami. It is also known as Labh Panchami, Saubhagya Panchami,, and Gyan Panchami. Importance of Labh Pancham: It is celebrated on the last day of Diwali. From then onwards the shops and businesses that were closed during Diwali celebrations reopened. It is also considered an auspicious day to start any new venture and business. Devotees especially worship Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi. Labh Panchami Puja Vidhi

On the day of Pancham Puja, devotees should wake up in the morning and take a bath. After this, water should be offered to Lord Surya, install the idols of Lord Ganesha and Shiva in the auspicious Chaughadiya Muhurta.
Take a betel nut and wrap it around a sacred thread. After this, place a round heap of rice on it. If possible, place the idol of Lord Ganesha on it as well. Sandalwood, vermilion, flowers, and durva should be offered to Lord Ganesha. Bhasma, Bilva Patra, Dhatura flowers, and white clothes should be offered
to Lord Shiva. Modak should be offered to Lord Ganesha and prasad made of milk should be offered to Lord Shiva. Chant the Labh Pancham Mantra for Lord Shiva and Ganesha.

After chanting the mantra, devotees should light incense and lamps for the Aarti. Performing the Aarti of both the deities brings benefits. Make Swastikas on both sides of your door. Once the Labh Panchami Puja is over, offer Prasad to God. After
