Method of worship of Kajari Teej:

1. Prepare for the fast in this way

   - If you are going to observe a fast on Kajari Teej, you should wake up before sunrise, take a bath, and wear clean clothes.
   - After this, you should take a vow to observe the fast and follow the rules of the fast.

2. Puja Samagri
   - Women should keep raw thread, roli, akshat, sindoor, mehndi, kajal, makeup items, ghee, incense, lamps, sweets, and fruits in the puja thali.
   - You should make idols of Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati, and their vehicle Nandi from wet clay or sand.
   - Keep a kalash filled with water at the place of worship and you should also keep a coconut on it.
   - If you decorate the place of worship with flowers, it is considered very auspicious.

4. Kajari Teej Puja Vidhi:
   - During the puja, first of all, you have to worship Lord Shiva, Mata Parvati, and Nandi Ji properly.
   - After this, do the Aarti of the Lord and offer them food.
   - After that, you should take a vow of fasting while meditating on Shiva-Parvati for the long life and happiness, and prosperity of the husband.
   - During Kajari Teej, Suhaag items are also distributed, which include mehndi, bangles, bindi, indoor, etc.
   - You should break the fast of Kajari Teej after Chandra Darshan at night.
   - While breaking the fast, along with Chandra Darshan, you should also do the Aarti of Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati.
   - Women can break the fast by consuming fruits and sweets.
