Homemade Ayurvedic oil to relieve Joint pain: As the temperature drops in the winter season, chronic joint pain also starts increasing. Here we are telling the recipe of a homemade Ayurvedic oil , which can be made from natural things present in the kitchen of the house and it is very effective in relieving all kinds of pain. This oil not only reduces inflammation, but can also help in improving blood circulation, which provides relief in the joints. It can prove to be very beneficial for older people. So let's know the easy way to make this oil and its benefits.

Ingredients-
Two cups of mustard oil,
one spoon of ajwain,
one spoon of cloves,
6 to 8 garlic cloves,
2 to 3 fenugreek seeds,
one to two raw turmeric chopped,
one spoon camphor

Method of preparation- First of all, put a pan on the gas and boil it by adding one cup of oil in it. When smoke starts coming out of it, reduce the gas and first of all add one spoon of celery in it.

Then add one spoon of cloves and 6 to 7 garlic cloves. Garlic has anti-inflammatory properties which work to reduce any kind of inflammation. Now add fenugreek seeds and raw turmeric to it and let it cook well.

Lastly add camphor and mix it by stirring it. Now turn off the gas and after it cools down, filter it and store it in a glass bottle.

Use it this way – Whenever there is pain in the joint, apply it and massage with light hands. If there is more pain, warm it and apply hot compress after massage. You will soon feel relief.
