How Many Time Should Go For Toilet: Defecation is a normal process, but the secret of your health lies in how many times you go to the toilet in a day. Researchers in Washington State conducted a study on the toilet activities of 1400 people and saw the overall health of those who go to the toilet once or twice or thrice a day. The study revealed many surprising things related to defecation activities. The study found that people who go to the toilet once or twice a day have perfect health. This habit is more common among those who exercise regularly, consume fiber-rich vegetables, and drink enough water. On the other hand, those who do not do such things, either go to the toilet very less or very often. That is, your entire health is linked to how many times you defecate or do not defecate in a day.
The whole body system is connected to defecation.
According to the news, the study found that in people who have constipation problems, or those who go to the toilet three or more times a day, their intestines are full of toxic bacteria, these bacteria not only damage the internal organs but also cause poor mental health. Such people often become victims of depression. Dr. Sean Gibbons, Associate Professor at the Institute for Systems Biology in Seattle and author of this study, said that this study shows how the habit of defecating affects the entire system of the body and its intensity increases the risk of chronic diseases in the body.
Regular exercise and fiber are important.
In this way, through this study, doctors can guess what kind of internal problem a person may have from the activities of defecation. This can improve the health condition. This study was done on 1425 adults between the ages of 19 and 89 years, of which 65 percent were women. Researchers examined the stool and blood samples of these people and found that exercise, food habits, and lifestyle have a direct impact on passing stool. In the study, people who were eating fiber-rich food properly, exercising properly, and drinking enough water, had a higher number of good bacteria in their intestines. These people were in the Goldilocks zone. That is, the frequency of their bowel movement was fine. These people used to go to the toilet once or sometimes twice a day. However, people who were suffering from constipation or who were going to the toilet frequently or had diarrhea, their intestines had protein fermentation due to which toxic bacteria broke down carbohydrates and sugar. Due to this, these people always had some stomach related problems.
