Yoga exercises for slimming arms:

Adhomukha Shavasana: This yoga practice is also known as Downward-Facing Dog Pose. This asana not only tones the arms, but also strengthens the muscles of the shoulders and back. To do this, first place your hands and knees on the ground. Then straighten the legs and raise the hips, so that the body comes in an inverted “V” shape.
