Public Relations Officer of Varanasi Division Ashok Kumar said that keeping in mind the extra rush of passengers during festivals, the Railways has decided to run train number-05161/05162 Chhapra-Amritsar-Chhapra via Siwan, Thawe, Kaptanganj Weekly Puja Special Train for three trips.
A special train will run from Chhapra to Amritsar.
Public Relations Officer of Varanasi Division, Ashok Kumar informed that train number- 05161 Chhapra-Amritsar Puja Special train will depart from Chhapra at 19.55 hrs on every Tuesday from 05, 12, and 19 November and will reach Siwan at 20.50 hrs, Thawe at 21.28 hrs, Tamkuhi Road at 22.05 hrs, Padrauna at 22.40 hrs, Kaptanganj at 23.30 hrs, next day from Gorakhpur at 00.40 hrs, Khalilabad at 01.22 hrs, Basti at 01.50 hrs, Gonda at 03.15 hrs, Budhwal at 04.22 hrs, Sitapur at 05.55 hrs, Bareilly at 09.10 hrs, Moradabad at 10.53 hrs, Saharanpur at 14.02 hrs, Yamuna Nagar Jagadhri at 14.27 hrs, Ambala Cantt at 14.27 hrs It will leave from Amritsar at 15.20 hrs, Dhandari Kalan at 16.55 hrs, Jalandhar City at 18.10 hrs and Beas at 18.45 hrs and will reach Amritsar at 19.30 hrs.
A special train will run for three rounds from Amritsar

There will be 22 coaches on the Puja special train.
Public Relations Officer of Varanasi Division Ashok Kumar said that a total of 22 coaches will be installed in this train including 01 generator cum luggage van, 01 LSLRD, 03 general second class, 08 sleeper class, 01 air-conditioned second class, and 08 air-conditioned third economy class coaches. Passengers can travel easily through this train. He said that a large number of migrant laborers are returning to Bihar for Chhath Puja. Due to this, crowds are being seen at all the stations. It has been decided to run this special train for the convenience of the passengers, so that the journey of the passengers can be smooth.
