However, during the interview, he said that he got independence on March 4. Let us tell you that Sheezan Khan had to go to jail in connection with the suicide of Tunisha Sharma and he was released in March after about 3 months.

Talking about Independence Day, Sheezan Khan said , "Freedom is a very big word. You can only talk about it until you experience it. I have experienced it in my life and I know what the word 'freedom' means. I have felt it. The country celebrates Independence Day on August 15, but for me, it is August 4. Along with freedom comes responsibilities and now that you are free, what do you have to do? These responsibilities are also on you. Time teaches people."

Sheejan Khan also spoke on the TV show based on independence

Sheezan Khan says that the TV shows being made on independence these days are not that good. He said about this, "Right now the TV shows are not that good. Those old things are coming forward. Meaning, that the same things that came 40-50 years ago, they are coming back with the same. Even if something is coming on TV, it is shutting down in 2-3 months. Doordarshan was doing very well. Earlier good shows were made. Even if only one episode was made. But it was being made. Right now people are scared due to other reasons. They do not find such things politically right. Because then there will be trolling later."
