A case has been registered against them under the POCSO Act for showing inappropriate scenes involving minor girls in an episode of Alt Balaji's web series 'Gandi Baat'. The case is related to season 6 of the web series 'Gandi Baat' on the OTT platform 'Alt Balaji'. This case was registered at MHB Police Station on October 18. This case has been filed by a person named Swarnil Revaji, a yoga instructor living in Borivali.
According to the report, apart from this, the 'Class of 2017' and 'Class of 2020' web series streamed on Alt Balaji Telefilm have shown obscene scenes of minor girls. According to Mumbai Police, a case has been registered against Balaji Telefilm Limited, Ekta Kapoor, and her mother Shobha Kapoor at Mumbai's MHB Police Station under Section 295-A of IPC, IT Act, and Sections 13 and 15 of the POCSO Act. Apart from this, sections have been imposed in two other cases.

It is written in the complaint that this series, which was streamed on 'Alt Balaji' between February 2021 and April 2021, showed obscene scenes of minor girls. According to the complaint, the minor girl was shown doing obscene scenes and speaking obscene dialogues. Actors wearing school uniforms have also been shown doing obscene acts in the web series, which is likely to harm children.
