New Delhi. Air pollution is continuously increasing in Delhi. Due to this, schools have now been closed for 10th and 12th-class students as well. Now online classes will be conducted for these students as well. Along with this, Delhi University has also instructed to start online classes in all colleges. In view of the condition of pollution, these online classes will be conducted from tomorrow till 23 November.

In a statement issued by DU, it has been told that classes will be held once again in physical mode from Monday, 25 November. The university said that the schedule of exams falling during this period will not change. That is, if a student has an exam or interview, then he will have to go for it.

Online classes up to 12th standard will be
held in Noida and Ghaziabad. In Noida and Ghaziabad, orders have been given to conduct online classes for students up to 12th standard. In the order issued by the DM of Noida, it has been said that online classes will be held for all till 23 November. Further decisions will be taken after looking at the situation after 23 November.

Let us tell you that the Air Quality Index in Delhi remains in the very serious category. By 6 pm, the average AQI of Delhi reached 495. Here the AQI in Anand Vihar, India Gate, Dwarka, Rohini, Nehru Nagar, and North Campus crossed the figure of 500.

Supreme Court's strictness on pollution
In fact, given the increasing air pollution in Delhi-NCR, the Supreme Court has also asked to close physical classes till the 12th. The Supreme Court said that online classes should be conducted for all students.

On this order of the Supreme Court, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi said on Monday night that now only online classes will be conducted for the students of classes 10th and 12th. Earlier, schools in Delhi were closed due to air pollution. However, given the board examinations of classes 10th and 12th, schools were kept open for the students associated with the board examinations. However, now the Chief Minister has directed to conduct online classes for the students of classes 10th and 12th as well.
