Posting of disabled persons in their own Panchayat
Additional Chief Secretary S Siddharth said that teachers suffering from disability and incurable diseases will be posted in their own panchayats. While female teachers will get the option of 10 panchayats. Whereas, male teachers will be given the option of choosing 10 sub-divisions. He said that after the posting of Sakshamta 1, applications for posting of Sakshamta 2 will start. Applications for the posting of Sakshamta 2 will be taken separately.
If there is a mistake in transfer and posting then…
This time in Bihar, transfers and postings will be done from the headquarters of the education department. For the subsequent process, an establishment committee has been formed in each district under the chairmanship of the DM. If any irregularities are found in the transfer and posting, then the matter will be placed before this committee formed at the district level and settled. For example, if the number of students in a school is less and the number of teachers is more, or if the number of students in a school is more but the number of teachers is less, then such cases will be settled by the district establishment committee.
