Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Police has exposed a big fraud gang in the capital Bhopal, these people used to prepare fake documents and open bank accounts and get SIM cards, and then sell them to cyber fraudsters. Here the police have arrested 7 youths from Bihar. This interstate gang used to rent a house in Bhopal and make fake documents and then commit crimes from it. These people were also running a call center. During interrogation, the accused have confessed to living in 6 different states and making fake documents, and selling about 1800 bank accounts. These people have also lived in the cities of Indore, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
Police Commissioner Hari Narayan Chari Mishra told the media that these people used to open bank accounts using fraudulent methods and then sell them. Transactions worth crores have been done from these accounts. They used to sell these bank accounts to cyber fraudsters for Rs 10,000. The Police Commissioner said that this is a big case and some government and non-government people may also be involved in it, some bank and post office employees are also under suspicion; investigation and inquiry are being done regarding them.

The mastermind of this gang did not stay anywhere for more than 2 months. These people were living on rent in Ibrahimpura. The police were informed about them by an informer. After this, the police raided and caught the accused.
The gang leader is from Nalanda, Bihar.
Police said that they used to prepare fake documents by editing them and then buy bank accounts and phone sims with them. After this, they used to commit cyber fraud with innocent people. The police commissioner said these people have been active in Bhopal for the last one month. Among the accused, Shashikant Kumar alias ManThe police a resident of Nalanda, Bihar, hadshad ba een gang leader. Sapna alias Sadhna Patna, Ankit Kumar Sahu, Kaushal Mali, Roshan Kumar, Ranjan alias Vinod and Mohammad Titu alias Vijay Moin are also included.
