Exactly at 10 am on Thursday, the gangster reached Saif Ali Khan’s house with multiple men and knifed the actor all over his torso. He was visibly in shock when he went to the Bandra hospital on his own and later met up with his son, Ibrahim.
Saif sustained deep gashes smack in the middle of his spine alongside severe lacerations on his back and waist. Apparently, Ibrahim wasn’t able to locate a chauffeur at that time, propelling the son to take drastic measures and hail an auto rickshaw.

The auto was difficult to locate but soon the son located an auto rickshaw and used it as a means of transportation to get to the hospital. They needed to be at the hospital for urgent treatment without wasting any precious time. Autos were their only option as they couldn’t find a chauffeur at that time.
According to a report on his health, the actor’s team stated that he has undergone a surgery which has increased his chances of surviving injuries to the neck spine. But he did sustain multiple stabs, even deep two on the deep side, one of which is near the spine.
At the moment Khan comes in the ICU after his surgery about which details cannot be confirmed, other than a piece of a knife was removed from the actor. In regard to this case, the doctors are in charge of ensuring the safety of the actor.
What’s latest in police investigation?
As per the police, the probe suggests that there has been no security system at the building, instead they point to someone assuming to be a thief, who had used a pipe to climb to the building.
The place where all this took place has been rented by the actor at the twelve floor of Bandra.
As per sources, the blade did witness the actor entering through the window with the main aim of stealing, however the actor did witness his aid within the second room.
No terrorism or terror based organization is being pointed out behind the attack, instead the police have confiscated CCTV footage taken inside and outside the building.
