78th Independence Day : Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his address from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the 78th Independence Day, mentioned the steps taken and major schemes during his last 10 years of tenure and said that there is a demand for organic food in the world, so there is a need for change in the agriculture sector. He also said that the government is making large-scale efforts to improve the lives of farmers.

Every possible help for modern farming

Modi said that his government is giving every possible help to farmers to adopt modern methods. He also described easy loans for buying drones as one such measure. Transforming our agriculture system is the need of the hour and it is also very important. We are also helping our farmers with this. We are giving easy loans to farmers, helping them with technology, and we are also doing the work of value addition of the produce that the farmer produces.
