Breaking News : The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has made a big decision in the recruitment of 69 thousand teachers in Uttar Pradesh and ordered the cancellation of the entire merit list. In the decision, the Allahabad High Court has directed the government to prepare a new list within three months, in which the Basic Education Rules and the rules of reservation are followed.
What is the whole controversy?
Let us tell you that in the recruitment process, it was alleged that the rules of reservation were not followed for 19 thousand posts. OBC category was given only 3.86 percent reservation instead of 27 percent and Scheduled Caste candidates were given 16.2 percent reservation instead of 21 percent. However, the government had said that the recruitment was done as per the rules. Now the court has ordered to release of a new list.
