Vedaa box office collection day 4: On 15th August i.e. Independence Day , three films witnessed a box office clash simultaneously. Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkumar Rao-starrer 'Stree 2' and Akshay Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein' were released along with John Abraham and Sharvari 's action-thriller movie 'Vedaa' . On the one hand, Shraddha-Rajkumar's film 'Stree 2' has broken the records of many blockbuster films in terms of earnings. On the other hand, John Abraham's 'Veda' and Akshay Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein' are struggling to stay at the box office. The Sunday collection of 'Veda' has disappointed the makers a lot.
According to industry tracker Saknilak, John Abraham and Sharvari's film 'Veda' has collected Rs 2.7 crore on its first Sunday. Within these 4 days, this action thriller has earned Rs 13.25 crore. On the other hand, Akshay Kumar's movie 'Khel Khel Mein' has collected Rs 70 lakh more than 'Veda' in its first weekend. Due to the Raksha Bandhan holiday on 19th August, its collection may increase.
Nikhil Advani has directed the film 'Veda'. Sharvari is also present in the lead role in the film. Interestingly, Abhishek Banerjee is also present in it.
